If we needed anything the supermarket and other stores were only about 1/2 mile away. It was nice to come home to a nice quiet house and pool just for us that we didn't have to share with 1,000 other people like we would have if we had to stay at a hotel. The house was very spacious also so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and I will be recommending it to my friends and family. We have traveled to Florida many times over the past 20 years and stayed in numerous hotels.
As entering the charming gatehouse, feel the harmony that living close to nature brings. We did enjoy our stay and all the instructions we received were excellent. The pool was very clean and the kids had lots of fun. Ron and I had a blast, the house looks great! Thank you guys so much for letting us stay. We mostly relaxed and ate at our favorite steak place for Ron’s birthday.
Orlando Villas - Florida Vacation Rentals
We had to buy a new suitcase to bring home the shopping! We were blessed with fantastic weather with only 2 small showers in the whole 2 weeks. Sadly its very cold and wet here at home now. Still the memories will help us deal with it. Thanks for your help and prompt E-mails. House was well equipped with everything we needed. The villa was great.We didn't spend much time her, but the children took every opportunity to use the pool.We look forward to coming back again. Disney Breezes is an awesome villa to stay in! We loved the location but truly appreciated the cleanliness of the house.We stayed here from April 14-28,2015.Thank you to SunKiss Villas for being true to its word. We had a smoke alarm to start chirping in the middle of the night and we called the on call number and he was there in less then an hour.

Even though it was at maximum capacity with our party it was still extremely comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. The location was ideal, a short drive from everything but far enough away for it to be peaceful and relaxing retreat also. I cannot state enough how much enough we enjoyed our fantastic value for money experience in your villa. We had a fantastic time, indeed the villa was one of the best parts of the holiday. It was just like coming home at the end of a hard day sightseeing, and we've already recommended you to a couple of groups of friends. What a great house, The pictures online do not do it justice.
The proximity to the parks was nice but we most enjoyed the privacy of the pool and the comfort of being able to "go home" at night. We only contacted Colin once but he was very helpful, pleasant and able to answer my question. We were all discussing the option of returning in the future.

Colin did a nice job in greeting us and making sure that we had all of the information we needed. Thank you so mush for the use of your house. It was great to come "home"after a busy day with Mickey.We hope to come back again soon. Enjoyed our stay here with our group of 13. Plenty of room to spread out and relax after busy days visiting the parks.
No matter where we went during the day they loved coming home to the pool. They "rescued" a gecko the first morning, made it a home in the garden area just outside the living room patio and nursed it back to health!!! We promised them we would give it to your neighbor to look after when we left so we put it under the fence. Lionel we didn't find your snake but we saved an alligator," Miss Ali Gator" is her name and we gave her a home in your pool. Careful, never know what she might nibble on!!!!
Type of Resort and Community to Rent
It was so much better than being cramped up in two or three hotel rooms. Our whole family got to relax each night and wake up refreshed to go again. I was surprised to find that the kitchen had everything we needed, including huge pots and pans. I enjoyed being able to cook for my family each night. (which I love to do and besides- it saves money!) I have already recommended the home to two different families who have told me they are interested in visiting.
They showed compassion and a heartfelt concern to make our dream trip a reality.I know this was at a great expense to them however never once was that shown or mentioned to us. Colin even personally came to the home to fix our wifi. I can only hope that I can pay forward this feeling.
We have been to SeaWorld the Magic Kingdom and of course a lot of shopping. All the kids want to do is to get back to the house and the pool. Thank you for making our vacation a very lovely memory. Bruce the house was great and we had a wonderful time. It was fantastic leaving the parks after a full day and only having a 15minute ride home.
What a convenient location – close to so many good things. Everything I needed was right at my fingertips.The king master bedroom was so comfortable.I slept so good,I forgot I was away from home.Look forward to coming back again. We loved having our own place as a family. From the moment you walk in the door you feel at home. This rental more than exceeded our expectations.
