After a somewhat slow start to our family vacation, upon arrival at the Disney Magic villa, it was a welcome sight. The home was very clean and comfortable, decorated by an interior designer, if I were to take a guess. The garage had pool table and Ping-Pong which the whole family got to enjoy. I would recommend if your going to rent a villa this is the one for you and your family. We just arrived home from a wonderful Florida vacation. We stayed at Paradise Palms and our family thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

The grandchildren especially loved the pool. Just to let you know we arrived back home safely yesterday. We had such a wonderful holiday, the villa was just perfect. When we walked in it was just so clean, the best we’ve been too.

Condos and townhouses usually have a community pool. Either way, it's a lot more relaxing that using a crowded hotel pool. Heron Bay is a beautiful home to spend your vacation days in. The house and the pool were very clean.

We had six people in our party and stayed for 12 days. Our flights were delayed for 2 days so we had to extend our trip, the owner had two days vacant before next person was to get there. If we needed anything the supermarket and other stores were only about 1/2 mile away. It was nice to come home to a nice quiet house and pool just for us that we didn't have to share with 1,000 other people like we would have if we had to stay at a hotel. The house was very spacious also so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and I will be recommending it to my friends and family. We have traveled to Florida many times over the past 20 years and stayed in numerous hotels.

As entering the charming gatehouse, feel the harmony that living close to nature brings. We did enjoy our stay and all the instructions we received were excellent. The pool was very clean and the kids had lots of fun. Ron and I had a blast, the house looks great! Thank you guys so much for letting us stay. Even though it was at maximum capacity with our party it was still extremely comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. The location was ideal, a short drive from everything but far enough away for it to be peaceful and relaxing retreat also. I cannot state enough how much enough we enjoyed our fantastic value for money experience in your villa. We had a fantastic time, indeed the villa was one of the best parts of the holiday. It was just like coming home at the end of a hard day sightseeing, and we've already recommended you to a couple of groups of friends. What a great house, The pictures online do not do it justice.

The proximity to the parks was nice but we most enjoyed the privacy of the pool and the comfort of being able to "go home" at night. We only contacted Colin once but he was very helpful, pleasant and able to answer my question. We were all discussing the option of returning in the future.

No matter where we went during the day they loved coming home to the pool. They "rescued" a gecko the first morning, made it a home in the garden area just outside the living room patio and nursed it back to health!!! We promised them we would give it to your neighbor to look after when we left so we put it under the fence. Lionel we didn't find your snake but we saved an alligator," Miss Ali Gator" is her name and we gave her a home in your pool. Careful, never know what she might nibble on!!!!

Type of Resort and Community to Rent

It was so much better than being cramped up in two or three hotel rooms. Our whole family got to relax each night and wake up refreshed to go again. I was surprised to find that the kitchen had everything we needed, including huge pots and pans. I enjoyed being able to cook for my family each night. (which I love to do and besides- it saves money!) I have already recommended the home to two different families who have told me they are interested in visiting.

They showed compassion and a heartfelt concern to make our dream trip a reality.I know this was at a great expense to them however never once was that shown or mentioned to us. Colin even personally came to the home to fix our wifi. I can only hope that I can pay forward this feeling.

We have been to SeaWorld the Magic Kingdom and of course a lot of shopping. All the kids want to do is to get back to the house and the pool. Thank you for making our vacation a very lovely memory.
